- Filed several successful petitions challenging the constitutional validity of the Gas Infrastructure Development Cess on behalf of various companies.
- Represented various clients in constitutional petitions challenging the validity of the Competition Ordinance 2007, Competition Ordinance 2009, Competition Ordinance 2010 and the Competition Act 2010, arguing on the retrospective operation and validation clauses of the said Ordinances and Act.
- Represented a reputed textile mill in an appeal filed by Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) before the Hon’ble Lahore High Court; the subject matter was the recovery of more than Rs. 100 million by the Mill from FESCO.
- Represented the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) in a number of constitutional petitions in which petitioners challenged OGRA’s clarification regarding tariff on captive power plants.
- Represented OGRA in constitutional petitions and OGRA petitions filed by SNGPL before the Honourable Lahore High Court, regarding determination of the total revenue requirement of SNGPL by OGRA for financial years 2012-2013, 2014-2015 and 2016-2017.
- Represented OGRA in various constitutional petitions against the validity of the Gas Theft Ordinance 2014.
- Represented OGRA in a number of constitutional petitions against the allocation of LPG on the basis of a non-refundable “Signature Bonus”.
- Defending various petroleum marketing companies in numerous civil and criminal matters.
